How Coretexly collects, uses, and protects personal information on this website.
LAST UPDATED: October 25, 2026
// OVERVIEW
Who we are and what this covers
Coretexly builds operational context software for enterprise AI. This statement explains how we handle personal information on this website and on the pages and forms it links to. It applies to visitors, to people who request a demo, and to anyone who contacts us through the site.
It does not cover data processed inside the Coretexly platform on behalf of a customer. That processing is governed by the agreement we sign with that customer, and the customer decides what data is processed and for how long.
// WHAT WE COLLECT
Information we collect
Information you give us. When you request a demo or contact us, we collect your name, email address, company, role, and the message you write. You choose what to include, and we only ask for what we need to reply.
Information collected automatically. When you browse the site we collect technical and usage information: the pages you view, the site or search that referred you, approximate location derived from your IP address, browser and device type, and the time of your visit. We collect this using Google Analytics and Google Ads tags, and it is used in aggregate rather than to identify you personally.
// HOW WE USE IT
How we use personal information
We use the information described above to:
- respond to your request and arrange a demo
- send the information, updates, or materials you asked for
- understand how the site is used and improve it
- measure whether our marketing reaches the people it is meant for
- keep the site secure and prevent misuse
- meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations
We do not use your information for automated decision making that produces legal effects about you.
// COOKIES
Cookies and analytics
We use cookies and similar technologies to keep the site working and to measure traffic. Google Analytics and Google Ads set cookies that let us see aggregate usage and the performance of our advertising.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and you can manage Google advertising cookies in your Google Ads settings. Blocking cookies does not stop you from reading any page on this site.
// SHARING
When we share information
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it as those terms are defined by the California Consumer Privacy Act. We share information only with service providers who process it for us under contract and for the purposes described above, which includes website hosting, analytics, advertising, and email delivery.
We may also disclose information if the law requires it, to protect our rights or the safety of others, or as part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. If that happens, we will tell you before your information is transferred and becomes subject to a different statement.
// RETENTION
How long we keep information
We keep demo and contact requests for as long as we need them to respond, to run our business relationship with you, and to meet our legal obligations. Analytics data is kept in aggregate and for the retention period configured in our analytics settings.
When information is no longer needed, we delete it or make it anonymous.
// SECURITY
How we protect information
We use administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect personal information, including encryption in transit, access controls, and internal access limited to those who need it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute security.
// YOUR RIGHTS
Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, to object to or restrict certain processing, to receive a portable copy, and to withdraw consent at any time.
You can opt out of marketing email at any time using the unsubscribe link in any message we send. To exercise any other right, contact us through the form on this site. We will respond within the period the applicable law requires, and we will not treat you differently for exercising your rights.
// TRANSFERS
International transfers
Coretexly operates globally, and our service providers may process information in countries other than yours. Where we transfer personal information out of the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
// CHILDREN
Children
This site is intended for business use and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
